PAYMENT TERMS & DELIVERY TERMS POLICY

- PAYMENT TERMS
IRUNSVAN South Africa accepts the following payment methods:
• Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Instant EFT
• Payflex / Buy Now Pay Later (subject to provider approval)
• Any additional payment methods listed at checkout
All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).
1.2 Payment Confirmation
• Orders will only be processed once full payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
• In the case of EFT payments, order processing will commence only after funds reflect in the IRUNSVAN account.
• If payment authorization fails, the order will not be processed.

• All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• IRUNSVAN reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice.
• Pricing errors may be corrected prior to dispatch.
1.4 Fraud Prevention

• Request additional verification documentation.
• Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.
• Refuse transactions where payment validation cannot be confirmed.
1.5 Order Cancellation
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation will be subject to the Returns Policy.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. DELIVERY TERMS
2.1 Delivery Regions
IRUNSVAN delivers throughout the Republic of South Africa.
2.2 Delivery Timeframes
Local Delivery – Gauteng Province
• Maximum delivery period: 7 calendar days from confirmed payment.
• Standard expected timeframe: 2–5 business days.
National Delivery – Outside Gauteng
• Maximum delivery period: 14 calendar days from confirmed payment.
• Standard expected timeframe: 3–10 business days depending on region.
These timeframes exclude:• Public holidays
• Force majeure events
• Courier delays outside of IRUNSVAN’s control
2.3 Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.4 Shipping Costs
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping thresholds (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
• IRUNSVAN reserves the right to amend shipping fees at any time.
2.5 Tracking
• Customers will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are provided.
2.6 Delivery Address Accuracy
• IRUNSVAN will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
• Re-delivery fees may apply.
2.7 Risk & Ownership
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
• Ownership transfers only upon full payment received.
2.8 Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
• Customer unavailability
• Incorrect address
• Refusal of goods
The package may be returned to IRUNSVAN and re-delivery charges may apply.
2.9 Force Majeure
IRUNSVAN shall not be liable for delays caused by:
• Courier disruptions
• Industrial action
• Natural disasters
• Civil unrest
• Any event beyond reasonable control
3. RETURNS & DELIVERY DISPUTES
• Any delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Damaged parcels must be photographed immediately and reported.
• Returns are governed by the IRUNSVAN Returns Policy.

1. APPLICATION
These Payment and Delivery Terms apply to all online purchases made via:
• www.irunsvansa.co.za
• www.irunsvansa.online
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms in accordance with Section 49 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
IRUNSVAN accepts:
• Visa & Mastercard (debit/credit)
• Instant EFT
• Approved Buy Now Pay Later providers
• Any additional payment methods displayed at checkout
All payments are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
2.2 Pricing Disclosure (CPA Section 23 & 29)
• All prices are displayed clearly and are inclusive of VAT.
• Delivery costs are disclosed prior to checkout confirmation.
• No hidden fees apply.
If a pricing error occurs due to technical fault:
• IRUNSVAN reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
• The customer will receive a full refund.
2.3 Payment Confirmation
Orders are only confirmed once:
• Payment is successfully authorised, and
• The customer receives written confirmation via email.
No goods will be dispatched prior to payment confirmation.
2.4 Right to Cancel Before Dispatch
Customers may cancel an order prior to dispatch without penalty.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. DELIVERY TERMS (CPA SECTION 19)
• IRUNSVAN undertakes to deliver goods within the agreed timeframe.
• If no date is specifically agreed, delivery must occur within a reasonable time.
IRUNSVAN defines the following maximum delivery periods:

Gauteng Province
• Maximum delivery period: 7 calendar days from confirmed payment.
• Typical delivery: 2–5 business days.
Outside Gauteng
• Maximum delivery period: 14 calendar days from confirmed payment.
• Typical delivery: 3–10 business days depending on region.
If IRUNSVAN fails to deliver within these maximum timeframes, the consumer may:
• Cancel the transaction without penalty, and
• Receive a full refund.
3.3 Risk & Ownership (CPA Section 19(2))
Risk in the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery.
Ownership transfers upon full payment.
3.4 Delivery Failures
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
• Incorrect address provided
• Customer unavailability
• Refusal to accept delivery
Additional delivery charges may apply.
IRUNSVAN is not liable for delays caused by incorrect customer details.
4. COOLING-OFF RIGHTS (ECTA SECTION 44)
Because IRUNSVAN operates as an online retailer:
Consumers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period after delivery, provided:
• The goods are unused,
• Returned in original packaging,
• In saleable condition.
The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the goods are defective.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of return approval.
5. DEFECTIVE GOODS (CPA SECTION 56 – IMPLIED WARRANTY)
All IRUNSVAN products carry a 6-month implied warranty of quality.
If a product:
• Is defective,
• Fails prematurely,
• Does not meet reasonable durability expectations,
The consumer may choose:
1. Repair
2. Replacement
3. Refund
At the consumer’s election.
This right cannot be waived.
6. RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGE
If goods are delivered damaged:
• The customer must notify IRUNSVAN within 48 hours.
• Photographic evidence may be required.
• IRUNSVAN will arrange collection at its own cost.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
IRUNSVAN shall not be liable for delays resulting from:
• Natural disasters
• Civil unrest
• Courier disruptions beyond reasonable control
However, consumers retain the right to cancel if delivery becomes unreasonably delayed.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of dispute:
1. Customers must first contact IRUNSVAN customer support.
2. If unresolved, the matter may be referred to:
o National Consumer Commission (NCC)
o Consumer Tribunal
o Applicable Consumer Court

• Stock is unavailable.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. DELIVERY (CPA SECTION 19)
5.1 Delivery timeframes:
Gauteng Province:
• Maximum 7 calendar days from confirmed payment.
Outside Gauteng:
• Maximum 14 calendar days from confirmed payment.
5.2 If IRUNSVAN fails to deliver within the stated maximum timeframe, the consumer may cancel and receive a full refund.
5.3 Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. RETURNS & COOLING-OFF RIGHTS
6.1 Cooling-Off (ECTA Section 44)
Consumers may cancel online purchases within 7 days of delivery, provided:
• The goods are unused;
• Returned in original packaging;
• In saleable condition.
Return shipping is for the consumer’s account unless goods are defective.
6.2 Defective Goods (CPA Section 56)
All products carry a 6-month implied warranty of quality.

• Are defective;

The consumer may choose:
• Repair;
• Replacement;

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9. USER ACCOUNTS
9.1 Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
9.2 IRUNSVAN is not liable for unauthorised use resulting from customer negligence.
10. PRIVACY & POPIA
10.1 Personal information is collected in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
10.2 Personal data will be used for:
• Order fulfilment;
• Marketing (where consent is given);
• Customer service communication.
10.3 Customers may request deletion or access to their data.
A separate Privacy Policy governs data handling.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
IRUNSVAN shall not be liable for delays caused by:
• Natural disasters;
• Civil unrest;
• Government restrictions;
• Courier disruptions beyond reasonable control.
Consumers retain cancellation rights where delivery becomes unreasonable.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

13. AMENDMENTS

14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
